Job Description:

The Sales Admin is responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes within the Mitra Seller (Distribution Partner) channel are executed accurately, orderly, and on time. This role directly supports the operational activities of the Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure seamless distribution network expansion and maximize the sales contribution of mGanik Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for both the Acquisition and Retention teams.
  • Utilize internal dashboards to monitor and generate critical reports, including sales performance by Area, Product, and Outlet Segmentation and also data on active transacting outlets, partner retention rates, and new partner acquisitions.
  • Accurately and efficiently input and process Sales Orders (SO) within the internal Order Management System (OMS).
  • Understand and track the monthly activity plan as the primary foundation for submitting budget proposals to the Finance department.
  • Coordinate, review, and submit business trip expense requests and allowances for the Mitra Seller channel team.
  • Compile, structure, and submit budget allocations for various Mitra Seller developmental and promotional activities.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive sales data for all Mitra Seller channels, including Resellers, General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Medical categories.
  • Assist in documenting and archiving all relevant activities related to partner development, onboarding, and retention initiatives.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Admin, preferably handling B2B clients, distributors, modern trade (MT), or general trade (GT) channels.
  • Proficiency in operating Order Management Systems (OMS) or ERP software.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering) for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking dashboards and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high data entry accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple administrative deadlines.
  • Good cross-departmental communication skills, particularly when coordinating with Finance and Sales teams.
