We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Tax Professional to oversee and manage end-to-end tax compliance, strategic planning, and risk mitigation across all group entities. In this role, you will act as the core supervisor for monthly and annual tax obligations, lead tax reconciliation efforts, and serve as the internal advisory bridge between tax regulations and non-finance business units.

  • Conduct high-level reviews of VAT equalizations and income tax (PPh) reconciliations to ensure absolute data integrity.

  • Design, implement, and optimize legal tax planning strategies to maximize efficiency and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Act as the central internal tax consultant/helpdesk for non-finance divisions, translating complex tax implications into practical business guidance.
  • Coordinate, build, and maintain professional relationships with the Indonesian Tax Office (DJP) and external tax consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related financial discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in taxation, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed multi-entity or corporate group structures.
  • Mandatory Brevet A & B certification. Possession of Brevet C or USKP will be a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in handling intercompany transactions and Transfer Pricing.
  • Highly proficient in navigating the latest DJP tax systems, specifically Coretax DJP.
  • Ability to read, audit, and reconcile General Ledger data from accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or other ERP software) into tax reports.
  • Advanced mastery of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for processing complex, high-volume data sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in detecting data discrepancies, with sharp analytical skills to interpret complex tax regulations against high-volume transactional data.
  • Strong tactical decision-making skills, a proven ability to mentor and supervise junior team members, and excellent time-management skills to meet strict regulatory deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical tax rules for non-finance stakeholders, and strong diplomacy skills when dealing with external authorities (DJP) and consultants.
