Right now, we're looking for a Pharmacist Assistant who believes that pharmacy is more than dispensing medication — it's about supporting patients, protecting their well-being, and being an essential part of their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll help ensure every patient receives the right medication safely, accurately, and with clear guidance.
• You'll manage daily medicine inventory, monitoring stock levels, storage conditions, and expiry dates to maintain the highest quality standards.
• You'll prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions while adhering to pharmaceutical regulations and clinic SOPs.
• You'll provide patients with clear medication instructions, helping them feel confident and informed about their treatment.
• You'll accurately record incoming and outgoing stock within our digital systems to support efficient pharmacy operations.
• You'll handle pharmaceutical waste responsibly in accordance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• You'll work closely with doctors, nurses, and the broader care team to deliver a seamless and patient-centered healthcare experience.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum D3 degree in Pharmacy with a valid and active STRTTK.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, clinic, hospital, or other healthcare facility.
• Have a strong understanding of medication dispensing, stock management, and pharmaceutical procedures.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient safety.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Are comfortable using computer systems for inventory management and administrative tasks.
• Are willing to be placed in Bintaro, Green Lake City, or Gading Serpong.
