Right now, we're looking for a Pharmacist in Charge (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab) who is passionate about building quality pharmaceutical services while contributing to a more personalized and patient-centered healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll oversee the management of medicines and medical supplies, ensuring procurement, storage, and distribution processes comply with pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
• You'll review and dispense prescriptions accurately while providing patients with clear and comprehensive medication counseling.
• You'll monitor inventory levels, medicine expiry dates, and regulatory compliance to ensure uninterrupted and safe pharmacy operations.
• You'll lead the planning and procurement of pharmaceutical products, ensuring availability aligns with patient needs and operational requirements.
• You'll maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and pharmaceutical records while ensuring proper management of pharmaceutical waste.
• You'll collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic management to continuously improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of pharmacy services.
• You'll play a key role in building a pharmacy operation that supports exceptional patient outcomes and a seamless healthcare experience.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) and Professional Pharmacist Degree (Apt).
• Have a valid and active Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker (STRA).
• Have at least 1 year of experience as an Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APA) in a clinic, pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare facility.
• Possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and pharmacy operations.
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively and enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Are willing to be placed in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
